Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting 

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting transactions, financial statements, journal entries, and other financial reports. 
  • Assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards, including handling some of the organization's more complex entities. 

2. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting 

  • Prepare, record, and maintain financial schedules, reports, and filings as required by laws, regulations, or management directives. 

3. Bank and Ledger Reconciliation 

  • Reconcile bank statements to cashbooks and general ledger accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are promptly addressed. 

4. Taxation 

  • Calculate taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax obligations. 

 

Candidate Requirements

- Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years handling U.S. accounting, with a proven track record of managing international or offshore clients. 

- Skills

  • Proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 
  • Strong financial and accounts knowledge. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 

- Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Ability to interact fluently and confidently with U.S.-based clients. 

- Problem-Solving

  • Ability to think critically and propose innovative ideas to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization.
  • Understanding business objectives of the company and creating cloud-based solutions to facilitate those objectives.
  • Moving archaic systems into the cloud for more efficiency within the organization – aka digital transformation.
  • Keeping cloud environments secure and preventing downtime or security breaches.
  • Determining the risk associated with third-party platforms or frameworks.
  • Looking for ways to improve operations within company to digitize common tasks.
  • Designing, building, maintaining internal cloud applications for the organization.
  • Transferring data and internal processes to cloud architecture.
  • Keeping data leakage and downtime to an absolute minimum.
  • Keeping up to date on best practices in cloud computing and making improvements to the cloud infrastructure of their company or organization.
  • Communicating with internal teams, like Sales, Operations, and IT.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and build applications to meet project needs.

Technical Experience

  • 5+ years plus experience in AWS IaaS as code, AWS Azure solution components 
  • Proficiency and Proven Hands-on experience AWS Services; EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, ALB, AWS Security, S3, RDS, EBS, ECS 
  • 5+ years experience in AWS with ECS and API Gateway 
  • Strong hands-on experience including infrastructure automation tools Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes Ansible
  • Experience migrating systems to hybrid or fully cloud-based solution

Shift Time: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM | 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities:

•           Monitoring shared email folders based on assigned tasks.

•           Chasing subcontractors to provide updates for jobs on emails or calls.

•           Chasing engineers to provide updates for jobs on emails or calls.

•           To escalate significant issues in terms of backlog and non-compliance.

•           Allocation of jobs to engineers / subcontractors.

•           Raising POs for subcontractors.

•           Helping subcontractors for their queries related to visits on emails or calls.

•           Raising jobs on CAFM and taking further required actions.

•           Raising & Processing Sales Invoices on CAFM.

•           Completing jobs on CAFM & Client portals.

•           Setting up New Contracts on CAFM or amendments required within existing Contracts.


Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate should have 3+ years’ of same Industry experience along with below:

  •  Good Written and Verbal English
  •  Good computer knowledge and typing speed.

 International client communication experience.
